Andy Johnson has built a business over the last 20 years and wishes to raise the profile of the business through delivering quality repairs and a quality service every time. He wishes to be the most customer focused business within the industry. This will be achieved by industry accreditation, recruiting, training and retaining a professional team, maintaining all current certifications, training and qualifications. His philosophy of a right first time approach is something that is instilled into all of his employees throughout the business. This is enforced through the best management team and most professional technicians in the industry. His teamwork approach is key. Andy Johnson is always looking for new opportunities to experience our service levels.

Andy Johnson Managing Director | Andrew Frost has had 30 years experience of the accident repair industry, many of these years have been at senior management level. He describes himself as driven, hard working, and ambitious. He believes in positive coaching, training and teamwork as the key to provide a quality service for LARC customers. He strives to provide Quality Workmanship, and Excellent Customer Service. |
