Team Awards
As our ongoing commitment to improve our customer service and recognise our excellent team, we run a monthly, quarterly and annual Team Award.
Annual Team Award will be voted by every member of staff who will have one vote and therefore be voted by the staff for the person that has made the biggest difference to them this year or is a continual support and help.
Employee of the Quarter will be awarded to a member of the team that has shown a commitment to LARC, demonstrated over and above, and gone that extra mile to help us all deliver a quality service.
Employee of the Month will be awarded to a member of the team that has done something in particular during that month that deserves recognition. It may be one thing in particular. It may be a group of things.
